All sales on custom and personalized orders are finale, no returns, refunds or exchanges shall apply. This includes all appliques.

Due to the nature of our business most items are non returnable. If a mistake is made on our part we will issue a store credit for returns or exchanges. Please contact us first to make all the necessary arrangements. All return items must be shipped back to the seller within 14 days of receiving the package in the mail. The item(s) must be is in the original condition and not been used. Contact the seller regarding who pays for return shipping.
The following sales are final: No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Should an item get lost during shipping we will track the package as our first attempt to recover it according to USPS guidelines providing you have purchased shipping insurance with your order. If the item in the package has been damaged we will issue a replacement item for you. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that show they have been delivered according to the USPS tracking number. For items damaged during shipping we require clear photos of all damaged items including but not limited to the damaged package.

Seller: We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee in the quality and workmanship of our handmade items. If a mistake is made on our part we will fix it at no additional cost to you. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Buyer: If a mistake is made on the buyer’s part, example: wrong shipping address, incorrect spelling on personalized items, any changes made by you from our original design etc. Your own DIY project errors, we reserve the right to charge additional fees to correct the mistake made on your part to replace the item(s).

No. We do not issue refunds or free replacements for DIY projects if they fail.
As a DIY craft person you are the designer of your own project. That means taking chances sometimes a project may fail, due to no fault of our own. Some projects are sensitive and you only get one shot. We take special care in making sure the supplies you order for your projects are not defective when they leave our shop. If they arrive defective or damaged please contact us immediately for a replacement. Often times small products may shift in the packaging during shipping this does not mean they are damaged. We do not replace items that have shifted in their packaging unless they were damaged.
